The product is produced by the insulating paper which has been impregnated and bleached; then impregnated with flame-retardant epoxy phenolic resin; thirdly, both-sides covered with non-alkai glassfiber cloth; finally, covered with copper foil and formed by hot pressing. It is capable of high peel strength and mechincal strength. Meanwhile, it had good electric property and poor water absorption. It is designed for electric equipment, instruments and printed circuit boards of other electrical equipment which are made under the high temperature, wet and high-frequency circumstances.Specifications:
